What happens after you write
Every message goes to our small staff team, who triage based on what you wrote. Most messages get a personal response within two business days. Here's what to expect for common requests:
- General questions → a personal reply from a staff member within 48 hours.
- Volunteer applications → we'll send you a short orientation form and connect you with a program lead.
- Donation questions → our finance lead will follow up with a receipt and any details you need.
- Zakat requests → our Zakat committee reviews every request confidentially; expect a response within 5 business days.
- Media inquiries → routed to our communications lead; we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Your information is never shared with anyone outside the mupla staff team. We respect your privacy.

How quickly will I hear back?
Most messages get a personal reply within two business days. Zakat and media inquiries are routed to specific teams and their turnaround is noted on the relevant page.

Where are you located?
We're a community-rooted foundation with most of our in-person programming at our community center (request our mailing address by emailing hello@mupla.org) and at partner masajid across the city. Email us for the current schedule.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your message goes only to the small mupla staff team, we never share contact-form submissions with anyone outside, and we never publish them without your explicit permission. See our Privacy policy for the full picture.
